When you are ready, we are here
Asking for help can feel difficult, you might feel unsure about what has happened or how to make sense of it. There is no right or wrong way to feel and when you are ready we are here for you.
Our support is free and you'll be offered counselling along with practical advice and information to help you on your healing journey.
Who is the support for?
This support is for male and non binary people who have experienced rape or sexual violence at any point in their lives. It does not matter if you have reported it to the police or if you have had support from another agency in the past.
Gender identity can be fluid for some people, and when we use the term male, we are including cisgender (cis), transgender (trans) and non-binary identities
How can we help?
Our specially trained team will be there for you as you decide what you would like to do to move forward. We will go at the pace you decide and you will be in control of what you do.
Some of the ways you might like to receive support are:
Counselling
One to one or group support including groups for the LGBTQ+ community
Advocacy (talking for you) if you decide to report the sexual violence to the police
Helping you get in touch with other organisations for example your local housing authority
Your support will be provided by a male member of our team .
