Our RISE Programme can help you develop your skills and confidence by giving you free education, training and employment opportunities.

It can be overwhelming to think about your future when you have survived an abusive relationship or made positive changes to your own behaviour. But it's never too late for a fresh start!

You'll work with one of our team to create a personalised action plan that maps out how you can reach your education or career goals. This might be applying for courses, gaining work experience in a sector you'd like to work in, helping to polish up your interview skills or support to find suitable childcare. Our RISE Coaches will work with you to help you achieve all the goals in your plan.

Financial Support

Going back into work or education does not mean that your benefits will stop.  Your benefits might change or you may receive additional or different ones. You can use this free benefits calculator to find out what you will be entitled to. Your RISE Coach will also work with you to help you understand and claim your benefits.

FAQs

You'll attend in-person sessions; these might be on your own or as part of a group. Depending on what your goals are, you might also visit colleges, universities or businesses.
