Our RISE Programme can help you develop your skills and confidence by giving you free education, training and employment opportunities.

It can be overwhelming to think about your future when you have survived an abusive relationship or made positive changes to your own behaviour. But it's never too late for a fresh start!

You'll work with one of our team to create a personalised action plan that maps out how you can reach your education or career goals. This might be applying for courses, gaining work experience in a sector you'd like to work in, helping to polish up your interview skills or support to find suitable childcare.

Once your plan is written, we'll provide mentorship until you complete it.

FAQs

You'll attend in-person sessions; these might be on your own or as part of a group. Depending on what your goals are, you might also visit colleges, universities or businesses.

Join the RISE revolution

We're always looking for organisations to join our RISE programme and help us change the lives of people in the South West.

Some of the ways you could do this is by offering work experience, skills training or volunteering opportunities.

If you can share your time and skills to help local people rebuild their lives, email rise@fearfree.org.uk
