a supportive place to talk
Connecting You is our online forum where people who have experienced abuse can meet anonymously. When you join you'll be able to share your experiences and meet other people who are on their healing journey.
Connecting You is an inclusive space open to all survivors aged over 18 years who live in the South West. At the moment the forum is in a pilot phase, you will be able to join in April.
You can register to receive an email invitation to join Connecting You by filling in the form at the bottom of this page.
a safe place to ask questions
When you join the forum you will be able to join in a range of special online events including Q&A sessions with our staff and partners. In these sessions you can chat about topics that may help your recovery. Coming up we have
#AskTheIDVA
#EmploymentHour with our RISE team
#ForcesFocus with our Armed Forces team.

You'll be able to find information on wellbeing, safety planning, education and employment, rebuilding your confidence and more.
You'll also be able to access information on how to support your children and teenagers.
