Connecting You is our online community where people who have experienced abuse can meet anonymously. When you join you'll be able to share your experiences and meet other people who are on their healing journey.

Connecting You is an inclusive space open to all survivors aged over 18 years who live in the South West.

When you join the forum you will be able to join in a range of special online events including Q&A sessions with our staff and partners. In these sessions you can chat about topics that may help your recovery.  Coming up we have

We've created a library of resources which are available 24 hours a day. You'll be able to find information on wellbeing, safety planning, education and employment, rebuilding your confidence and more.

You'll also be able to access information on how to support your children and teenagers.

No, you can use the forum free of charge. You will need to have a smart phone, tablet or computer to join the forum.

How to Join

The Connecting You Forum is for survivors only, it is not suitable for third parties, professionals or friends and family.
